  • Blanton’s Single Barrel – A deep, satisfying nose of nutmegand spices. Powerful dry vanilla notes in harmony with hints of honey amid strong caramel and corn. A medium finish composed of returning corn and nutmeg flavors.
  • Eagle Rare – The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry, and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.
  • E.H. Taylor Small Batch – Tastes of caramel corn sweetness, mingled with butterscotch and licorice. The aftertaste is a soft mouth-feel that turns into subtle spices of pepper and tobacco.
  • Blood Oath Pact 6 – The nose is oak, leather, orange and butterscotch with a palate of raisins, plum, thick oak, toasted sugar and sweetness. The finish is spice, cherry, raisins, dark chocolate, light dryness and long lasting.
  • Little Book Chapter 4 – Flavor of full-bodied brown sugar, rich charred wood and dried cherries. The finish is soft and decadent, leaving a warm caramel taste on your tongue, followed by a rich spicy finish.
  • Weller Antique 107 – Sweet and unusual floral notes and coupled with vanilla. The taste is very well balanced with sweet fruit notes, strong vanilla undertone and sharp spicy tones, with a cinnamon finish.
  • Henry McKenna 10 year – The color is of warm, golden amber with an aroma of vanilla, caramel, oak and a light herbaceous note. The taste is smooth oak, sharp spices, honey and sweetness. The finish is long, sweet and spicy.
  • Willet Pot Still Reserve – The nose is “vanilla lemon cake.” The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus.
  • Buffalo Trace – This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.
  • Noah’s Mill – One of the must lush and rich Whiskeys on the market. The nose is walnuts, prunes and floral notes. The palate mimics the nose with walnuts, prunes, spices, intertwined with lavender and balanced with the perfect amount of acid, that leads you down a path of lingering burnt caramel.
  • Old Pogue – A small batch, 91 proof (45.5% abv.), Kentucky straight Bourbon whiskey. Old Pogue was the flagship product of the original H.E. Pogue Distillery in 1876 and is also the first product released by the modern Pogue Distillery. The product was fashioned after an original bottle of Old Pogue that remained in the family for over a century. This easy-drinking bourbon can be enjoyed neat or with a small amount of ice or water.
