When World’s Collide is an appropriate name for this beer. Altbier as a style, is a demonstration of lager meets ale. This beer is fermented with essentially a lager yeast but at the lower end of ale temperatures. It is copper/amber in color. The flavor profile is clean and biscuity with light notes of caramel and roast. The finish is dry and mildly bitter, making it pleasantly crisp and easy to drink. The best of both worlds exist in this creation! Cheers!
